As this is the first time I teach in this kitchen. I need time to adjust to the setup of the kitchen. This evening class ends with good timing and I think as a whole I planned it with no overrun. For a 30 pax class its a new challenge..
Soon the place will be fill with participants enrolling for hands-on bread and I guess I also wish to teach hands-on. I am looking for to it too !
If I am teach hands-on bread, likely will be in July 2016.
