Hands-on individual by hand method**
There's request for chinese explanation. As I am not too good with English To chinese translation, on lesson 2 when we are preparing the dough together, I will explain in mandarin and english separately.
at 630pm I will start with mandarin dough making and
at 645pm will be English explanation. After that at 7pm and 715pm will rotate with mandarin and English version.
